We study the brand’s core business, vision, mission, values, and purpose, at every stage, weighing in economic results and socio-environmental impact. Regenerative re-thinking is applied to make the brand’s purpose relevant and competitive in a context driven by new regenerative models designed for people, society, and the environment.  

We examine the company’s foundation and business strategy in order to build a road map to boost relevance and competitiveness.

Execution + Storyseeding

This is where we put theory into practice, moving from strategy to operations. Because purpose, without commitment, lacks meaning. 

For that, we count on two key factors: experience and alliances. We are no rookies. We’ve been working in the sustainability field for over 20 years, and we are definitely not alone. In this time, we have developed our own programs and tools. But most importantly, we have built bridges with over 15.000 socio-environmental projects willing to collaborate in other companies’ transitions. Energy transformation, capturing and reducing carbon, measuring emissions along the entire value chain (scope 3), biodegradable materials, or waste management are just a few examples of what our allies can bring to the table.

Most socio-environmental problems have multiple solutions. Once we choose the best at a technical level, we begin brand narrative and purpose. 

We call this combined discipline approach “Storyseeding”. It is the seed of a brief that triggers brand and marketing initiatives and a guide to measure and manage triple impact: social, environmental, and of course, economic.

Our founding team has experience in Sustainable Finance and Impact Funds, and we have also partnered with impact investing funds. For this reason, we are able to assess and rate based on ESG guidelines (Environmental, Social & Governance). 

And if these goals are met, we are then able to inject capital to finance business regeneration, transitioning into a low-carbon operation. Investment levels may vary from €250K up to €100M, depending on the project’s scope and quality. This could be through debt or company participation.
