Branding

WeLow is a comprehensive system that allows measuring, managing, and offsetting the carbon footprint of companies, detecting improvement opportunities, and achieving efficiencies that generate reductions in CO2 emissions and economic savings.

We were faced with the challenge of carrying out the rebranding and renaming of the brand. We redesigned their website and their application, platforms that will have an unprecedented impact on the company; both are currently in the development process. Additionally, we provide consulting services on expansion logistics in Europe, helping to generate a positive environmental impact of millions of tons of carbon emissions.

Naming

For the naming proposal, we discarded the original name: SimCO2 (an acronym for Comprehensive Environmental Solutions + CO2), due to the contradiction it would create in Lusophone markets, where “sim” is an adverb of affirmation. The imminent international expansion demanded a term valid for all countries, hence we chose English as the brand’s vehicular language. It is the most widely spoken language in the world: a total of 1.5 billion people speak it fluently.

Once the language barriers for markets like Brazil and Portugal were removed, the challenge was to give the brand a name that reflected its value proposition: the progressive reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, in addition to reinforcing the urgent need to work in community. Currently, there is no other way to transform the environmental landscape: stopping abruptly would cause the system to collapse, and acting in isolation or in modules would be inefficient. Based on these two concepts —progression and teamwork— we reformulated the naming: WeLow

WeLow is now accessible to its clients through a user-friendly app, enabling them to monitor the carbon footprint they generate. Users can input various types of data and visualize statistics derived from this recorded information. We collaborated with WeLow to streamline the app’s information flow, redesigning its interface to make it more intuitive and clean, thus enhancing the user experience.
